Choose a stable area with a dependable route for users and servicing, and avoid placing the unit where future work will immediately force a move. Describe the number of workers or visitors expected on a typical day, whether there are multiple shifts, and whether usage will rise during certain phases of the project. A remodel with a rotating small crew is different from a large construction site with several trades. If the property is vacant, gated, rural, or under active development, provide entry instructions and identify who can approve access. Long-term planning should also include the desired rental start date and an approximate end date, while acknowledging that project schedules can change.

Servicing is a central consideration for an extended portable restroom rental. The appropriate discussion depends on the number of users, frequency of use, availability of other facilities, and the condition of the site. Keep the unit reachable by maintaining a clear access lane and avoiding storage or parking in front of the placement area. If gates are locked, access hours are limited, or the site contact changes, communicate those updates promptly.
